Why me?
My love for curating plant-based recipes, sustainability health coaching certification, communication degree, and years of marketing education/experience has equipped me with the tools I need to create unique and meaningful content that I am passionate about.

At Sustainable Eats, I firmly believe that our health is intricately connected to the well-being of our planet. By making mindful choices, such as opting for sustainable ingredients, reducing waste, and advocating for environmentally-friendly practices, we not only nurture ourselves but also contribute to a healthier Earth.

My Story
I spent all of my teenage years constantly being worried about the way I look, lacking self-confidence, attempting to fuel my body with all the junk food, and not knowing anything about holistic wellness. I relied on all kinds of sugar to get me through the day.
I decided to take charge of my health in 2018 and really educate myself on the food I was putting into my body. I have now prioritized living an 80/20 lifestyle, eating better for my body 80% of the time while leaving room for the indulgences. I have also made it my mission to help others who are struggling with their health journey to create sustainable lifestyle changes. I have been able to help women develop a better relationship within themselves (intuitive eating) and cooking in the kitchen, get to the root of their issues, lean into holistic healing, educate themselves on the food they are eating, and more.
My Passion
I started my page for fun in January of 2021 and launched my business March of 2022 after graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition end of 2021.
As a health coach and recipe developer, I love working with brands that actually care about their consumers and our planet. I want to show others that eating and living better for your health does not have to feel intimidating and unrealistic.
