ABOUT THE MINDFUL WELLNESS PROGRAM

WHAT IS IT?The Mindful Wellness Program is a 90-day program that will lead you to a healthy lifestyle with sustainable changes. I will guide you toward finding the balance in nourishing your mind, body, and soul through sustainable eating and living. In three months, you will learn about the power of listening to your body without setting limitations. The Mindful Wellness Program is your next step to becoming more in tune with your body and leaving behind all that diet culture has taught us. We will identify your goals and put together an actionable plan in achieving them. We spend month one focusing on raising your awareness for the basics of health, month two cultivating a healthier relationship with yourself, and month three growing your consciousness of overall long-term sustainable health.
